Contract Manufacturing includes the design, execution and creation of components that our customers incorporate into their larger systems. Often, these component may serve as replacement parts for damaged pieces or function as an upgrade to the existing system. Our highly-trained craftsmen can improve on the basic system design and virtually eliminate recurring failure.
Depending upon the customer's needs, we can either engineer a small facet of an assembly and ship it directly to the customer for installation, or we can assemble the components at our facility and then install the piece at the customers site in a turnkey fashion. Either option provides a solid solution in a timely manner with as much scheduling control as possible.
Due to the complexity of today's environmental control and manufacturing systems, we may employ one or more of our specialties to successfully complete the task at hand. Utilizing our capabilities in Sheet Metal Fabrication, Laser Materials Processing or Heliarc & TIG welding, you can be assured that we have the rights tools for the job and the expertise to use them.
